Common topics
Reminders not firing
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Plant Water Meter, and ensure reminders are enabled inside the app under Me → Water Reminders.
Photos or voice notes
Confirm Camera, Photos, and Microphone permissions are allowed for the app in iOS Settings.
Coin purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple. For billing issues, you may also use Apple’s report a problem flow in the App Store.
Lost local data
Plant records are stored on your device. Clearing all data or deleting the app removes them unless you have a device backup.
